"Very good"

Beautiful building in a great part of town. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is gorgeous and has all the older characteristics of the building. With the only the older windows and doors you hear the music and early morning trash pickup. Would rent again but have expectations of the noise level at night.

Best location with two good bars and restaurants. The apartment is very big space and easy for two families living together.

Not too good to cook here. And one wine glass is not too clean with lipstick on it. No elevator and need to carry big luggages by ourselves to the third floor.

"A great place in Ortigia"

Great location, one of the best in Ortigia. clean and modern facilities, charming building. Be aware that the second bedroom is accessed by going through the main bedroom, this was okay for us as a family but I hadn’t realized it from the listing.

Only thing less than perfect is the second bedroom access being through the main bedroom.
