L’équipement, cuisine ne sont pas correct

The location of the accomodation was perfect, Ortigia is very beautyful and clean part of Syracuse. The flat is located in a "palazzo" Only a few meters away there are many shopping oportunity and restaurants. The beaches are also nearby the flat. The rooms were very spacious, cool and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The kitchen could be equipped a little bit more, for example with dishwasher and electric coffee machine. The parking place ( Parcheggio Talete ) were too far from the palazzo and we have to pay for it.

Location was excellent and communication prior to arrival was strong.

It was VERY basic and beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was not very clean and there was a constant smell of sewage near the bathroom.

We were 3 and booked the two bedrooms apartment with kitchenette. The apartment it’s BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!! Clean, the light that hits during the whole day is mesmerizing. The view is delightful! (Reason why we chose this apartment together with the location). It is in central Ortigia but away from the crowded and noisy little allays. Everything is 6/7 minutes by walk, even less. We found a beach umbrella to use in the apartment, but we didn’t use it. It’s clean, in case you want to cook something all the essential necessities are available. Having 2 bathrooms was useful. Lots of space to store all our outfits. I found extremely useful that the power sockets were spread all around the apartment and close to the bed aswell (not to give for granted as many hotels/apartments sadly do not have them close). Might little pricey, but it was worth it. AC works perfectly.

If I really have to mention something, this apartment in particular is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Lots of stairs) or do not bring a heavy suitcase (like we did).

The apartment is in a great location and is very spacious.

Because if its location, there is a lot of street noise late at night and early in the morning.

Good location and clean and had mostly everything - coffee provided and tea, towels were fine and beds okay.

Pillows weee hard and limited selection when a property is pitching as luxury apartment. Stairs, a warning about how many stairs would have been very good to know before. Especially for travellers from far away with heavy bags. It was very expensive for what it is.

The location, the apartments, the bedding, the building - all of it was excellent!

The upstairs room in the loft is a bit hot with a small window but it is still a lovely apartment.
