HUVery good location. The apartment is nicely decorated, spacious and fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Washing machine, dish washer, iron - everything. Just like at home. The host is helpful.
Not a negative only a reminder. Since there are no dedicated parking places for the apartments there may be some parking space hunting. Eventually you will find a spot but don't expect one close to you door. It is not a fault.
