Really spacious and open and such a great location

The only tiniest problem was no curtains in the bedroom so the lights shone in down the side of blinds onto your face as you slept. Very minor and wouldn’t stop me from staying again but would be feedback for the host

Access from the carpark would not be easy for anyone with mobility problems The shared hall and landing are run down and damp.

The location, the space, the beds, the view, well equipped. Apartment was beautiful, with a lovely Christmas tree. Owner very helpful and friendly.

Couldn't find a peeler, oven gloves, only one tea towel - tricky making Xmas dinner. One radiator in the larger bedroom not working. Just small things.

The apartment was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, very well equipped and clean. Little touches from cleaning products to the Christmas tree were a welcome extra. Communication with the owner was also very good.

It was cold on arrival so took a while to heat up, though given the size and age of the property, we understand why. Also, there are quite a lot of steps to the apartment which wasn't as clear as it could have been. Anyone with mobility issues would probably have struggled.

We liked the fact that it was right in the town centre with easy walking access to all amenities in the lovely town of Richmond Lovely, spacious, clean, and modern apartment Beautiful views from the lounge

It was very cold on arrival and took a while for the heating to fully heat the apartment It would benefit from having curtains at the lounge and bedroom windows, would make it more cosy

excellent apartment, very spacious,easy parking and with in easy reach of all shops restaurants etc 1
