3 Frenchgate House

Great location, spacious and great views

Would have appreciated a cafetiere and tea pot

The property is in an outstanding location with a great choice of pubs, restaurants, walking and supermarkets. We parked easily on Frenchgate. The social space in the kitchen/living room is absolutely perfect. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. Kitchen well kitted out with brand new pots and pans, lots of wine/champagne glasses etc. I’ve already recommended 3 Frenchgate to friends looking for somewhere to stay in Richmond and would stay again!

Locating the allocated parking and bins was challenging (we didn’t use the allocated parking in the end, which wasn’t a problem, but finding the bins took a long time). Having one bathroom with the shower and only toilet in one unit between four people was a bit tricky at times, and the shower temperatures were a bit temperamental.

location was excellent, very close to Town centre and river walks.

communal stairs and entrances were very poor

Everything was perfect. Considering it was also a Bank Holiday weekend we found parking on Frenchgate everyday without issue so didn’t need to use the assigned parking.
