The location was very good nice clean welcoming apartment near to all local facilities

There was nothing to dislike

Location was unbelievable- right in the heart of Richmond’s market place. The house had everything you needed and really good heating and shower. A delightful village with delightful people. We would recommend this place to families and couples. The stairs are the only negative - one flight is very steep ; the other two are fine

Stairs would challenge the older unfit.

The apartment was lovely and clean with enough space for 4 people. Location was great, on Market place, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Quite easy to find a car space as well

Noise outside the pub next door late at night

Location was fabulous and liked the comfortable lounge with Netflix etc. Everything you need is provided.

Parking was an issue even with the disc parking. Paid for a weekly pass at Nuns Close a few minutes walk away which sorted it out.

Location fantastic My Dad has severe mobility issues so location was great for him ac he could get out n about around market square

A hand rail on stairs leading up to apartment Dad struggled with those stairs Ither staircases fine for him as he could use bannisters
