"Great place for a break in Yorkshire."

Location and cleanliness. Presentation was excellent. Appreciated that milk was in the fridge.

Very minor negative is the fiddly lockbox where the keys were.

"If you don’t mind noise it’s a beautiful place to stay."

The property is beautifully presented, and had everything we needed.

The property was described as being in a quiet part of the square unfortunately not the case. Thursday, Friday and Saturday the noise from the pub next door and later from the square meant we had to buy industrial ear plugs in order to sleep. The shower room is adequate though needs a thorough clean.

"Exceptional"

Fantastic location right on the main square. Lovely market there too. Very convenient for the many coffee shops (Costa just a couple of doors away opens 7 am )and cafes /restaurants. Recommend Granny’s Kitchen on Finkle Street just off the square for breakfast. Friendly owners, lots of choice, value for money. Plenty to do within easy walking distance. Co-op on the square got everything you need and opens until 10 pm. Easy parking too on the square. Warm rooms, hot showers and comfy beds too. Jim was a great host and we will definitely be returning soon.

"Modern flat in perfect location"

Couldn’t be a better location. Everything is brand new and excellent quality. Great communication from Jim. Comfy beds. Despite it being next door to a busy pub it was not noisy at all. Nothing we didn’t like

Key box very tricky to open but Jim did help explain and we did get in.

"Clean, excellent location"

We could collect the keys at any time from the lock box. Instructions were clear. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated.

Parking was a little confusing. We tried to buy a week pass but there was a delivery charge. The gap between the double bed and the wall was quite narrow. I'm only small, but imagine anyone larger may have struggled.

The flat is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Plentiful hot water and a good shower. Very clean.The owner is exceedingly helpful and responsive. Excellent instructions for arrival. Location in the centre of town is good for wandering, all the shops you need available. Easy drive to wonderful walking in Swaledale.

Noise and music from the pub next door on a weekend went on quite late.
