Comfy Dales holiday base on Market Place of historic market town

Location and size of property was ideal for our family of 3, amenities are suitable for both short and long stays. Being located in a town centre made evenings simple.

The parking can be tricky during the day, however we were out during those hours & there are long stay carparks if you're worried about a fine. The flat is next to a pub. You can hear it through the walls if it's quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night & had no issue with a 2yo so.. may be a struggle in summer with the Windows open.

Single glazed windows meant very noisy mornings, parking limited to two hours unless you pay but both these to be expected in a market square location.

Perfect location, superb views, immaculately presented, pet-friendly, tastefully decorated, accommodating owner.

Only thing that could’ve improved it would’ve been outside space, but there simply wasn’t any. Very close to scenic river walks and amenities however, so it didn’t really matter.

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped and in the perfect location for exploring richmond. Lovely shops and delicious food. Owner of the property was easily reachable, friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend this place to stay. Parking: nuns close long stay car park is 6 minutes walk away. Elixir restaurant served some delicious and very well priced food. The little drummer boy do delicious breakfasts along with some amazing cakes and homecooked meals.

I liked everything, great location, plenty of car park from (6pm - 8am, but with parking disc ok to park 4pm till 10am just need to change the time of arrival) the flat is fully equipped, but I mean fully fully! It has everything you could wish for including sponges, clothes, laundry detergent even the softener! The flat is very nice and clean. My 90 years old grandma loved it so much - she spent morning just watching the castle

Only complain I have, is the lack of bannister on the first sets of steps. I took my 90 old grandma for a trip and it was a huge challenge to go up and down, while she had nothing to hold on to.

A little tricky with parking arrangements. A lot of stairs which may prove difficult for some guests.

Nice clean, modern flat, had everything we needed for a short break. Richmond is a lovely market town with plenty to keep you occupied, we enjoyed a couple of lovely circular walks along the river in each direction, Easby Abbey is definitely worth a visit with kids young or old who can explore and clamber about, lovely setting and free!

Loved our stay here. The property had everything we could need and more. It was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The host was really helpful from check in to check out. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend.
