Comfy Dales holiday base on Market Place of historic market town

Very central in Richmond, clean, tidy and good communication. Had everything we needed for our stay, felt it was value for money

Noise on a Saturday night due to being next to pub however stopped around midnight and no other issues. Would describe as on the smaller side in bedrooms and kitchen to move around each other

Beautiful Appartment. Spacious sitting room comfy bed everything we needed. Spotless Also prime location in the mafket town.The owner was very accomadating with up to date information.Overall beautiful.

Perfectly sited in the Market place in Richmond. Rooms and living area comfortable, clean and decorative. Kitchen has all you would need. Jim’s communication regarding the property was excellent & clear advice on parking.

Minimal as a lovely place. Door to bathroom quite difficult to open & shut. Likely better to plan additional parking for ease if not out each day.

Bit of noise from pub next door but not too bad midweek,not sure if would be worse Friday /Saturday ? Outside windows very dirty (not inside, it was nice and very clean) Maybe just bad timing with when window cleaner comes.

Central Location

Pub next door noisy a couple of evenings. Windows throughout were dirty to the point that you couldn’t see out. The towels were clean but heavily marked and stained.

Accommodation within a comfortable historical townhouse. Beatiful small town, atmosphere of medival. Very short walk to the castle. Lots of walks to do just from the house to see nature, history and culture. I would recommend to visit the local cinema in the old train station. Castle grounds is a must see attraction - you can see the accommodation right from the castle tower! And do not forget to take a wlak along the river to see the waterfall.

The key box is realy fidly to operate. I would recommend its replacement to make it much easier for the guests to use. I was not told upfront that the town square in front of the house ist to be occupied by fun fair for the whole duartion of my stay. This made whole staing diferent experience. Parking close to the property was also very dificult because of that. In addition, I did not know, the property is next to a busy pub. Actually our bedroom shared wall with the pub - Friday night was very laud into very late hours... But we managed to gat through all of that without too much discomfort ;-)

Excellent location in the heart of Richmond. The accommodation completely met our needs. All local attractions were on our doorstep.
