Comfy Dales holiday base on Market Place of historic market town

Property was lovely, clean, modern, well looked after. Great sitting/lounge area, bedrooms were comfy, well furnished. Bathroom was very clean and modern. I've stayed in a lot of places, as i work all around the country, and this one will take some beating. Would defo return and recommend anyone to stay here.

It was situated in the centre of Richmond. It was clean and warm. There was everything there that was needed if you wanted to cook.

The big bed was a-bit uncomfortable. Dog hairs on the sofa. There is a pub downstairs and it was a-bit noisy when people were outside. Parking. If you stayed in Richmond you had to move your car every 2 hours. If you got back at 4pm you could leave it parked until the next morning.

Good central position. Clean, good quality furnishings. Lots of kitchen equipment, we even managed to make a two course meal. Heating on when we arrived which was lovely as it was cold outside. Good communication with owner. Little extras like DVD’s and books. Saw property always next to a pub and was worried it would be noisy but no disturbance at all. Pub was rustic but really lovely and friendly with good prices.

No instructions how to use oven. This would have been helpful.

The Market Place - I lived in Richmond for many years and love the setting. Proximity to family and places I wanted to visit again My Australian friend loved the cottage feel of the accommodation - enchanted was the word I would use.

The Talbot noise BUT I knew about that before we booked so I can't complain. It wasn't noisy every night but occasionally drunken youths were a bit obnoxious.

The location was absolutely brilliant The apartment was spotless ! Easy to access everything The owner was really helpful with information about the apartment. Also the heating system was spectacular !

Location is great, central to the market place. The apartment is lovely, nice and spacious. The owner is very pleasant.

Struggled to control the heating, it was very hot through the night, bed not too comfortable. Could do with a new none stick frying pan.

Easy Access at a time that was suitable to us to get into the property. Perfect location. Decorated to a high standard. Spotless and clean.

The pub played some very loud music through the evening although it did stop at 11pm sharp, it was a shame as was very overpowering in the lounge. Double bed was soft which is not our preference but it is for some so can’t please everyone!

More info regarding the number ofstairsin the property
