"Exceptional"

The whole apartment was amazing and the owners were absolutely lovely even brought us a fan late in the evening due to heat wave. We will be coming back. For one night the price we paid was amazing too. I have a special needs child and asked for a later checkout for personal circumstances and the owners were great about this. FUTURE people if u read this review honestly book here please!!

"It was a very nice place to stay"

It was a really nice apartment with a lot of space, and it was very clean—including the kitchen. Overall, it was a great place to stay. There was parking available, and it is within walking distance of the beach

"Ok bed clean, had 2 lovely days in Skegness, apartment not up to our standard."

Location excellent, communication was excellent with the host,

Fridge was not clean on one shelf, something spilt. Small shower, outdated.

2nd time we have stopped here and we will be back later this year

The 2 men that stopped for 1 night constantly going in and out from 9pm up to 4am we don't know what they were doing but we didn't sleep well the first night due to the noise from them constantly coming up and down stairs

Cheap - you get what you pay for... very good location but these apartments could do with an upgrade... however they might cost more if updated... good clear instructions on how to enter the building... small room but we got everything that was advertised.. OK for one night stay but wouldn't rush back

The amount of furniture in apt 7 is silly... get rid of the 2 blue armchairs (which were filthy underneath the seat pads)... we only used them as suitcase holders... the whole place is very old fashioned... no chic boutique here... but fairly priced
