The rudeness of the man on the phone, the cold place, very grubby , door handle broken lots of things were not at a good standard. Manners cost nothing and his customer service was appalling on the phone..

Very good location, sheets very clean , well equipped

Sofa very uncomfortable, everywhere old fashioned, artex and aniglipter walls , carpet frayed and coming up, cushion floor in kitchen not fitted right, kitchen and bathroom needs up grading , holes in kitchen wall n bathroom wall, shower got black mould in places n looked dirty , wallpaper coming away from wall in bedroom,

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Springfield apartment. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Had a lovely night's sleep. The little apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay in Skegness. The apartment is very central and is a few min walking distance to all amenities. Have already booked again for our weekend stay for next year . Parking was brilliant as well . You had your own parking bay at the back of the property

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment

The location was central so it was just a stroll to the beach or shops. Everything was provided in the apartment except towels but it wasn't a problem we were made aware of this beforehand. The bed was really comfortable. . This was the second time I've stayed here and it's great value for money. Parking is provided which is a bonus and free

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It's a lovely neighbourhood on a quiet street. Looking forward to my next visit

It was a great location and clean.

Very old fashioned, very squeaky beds, no tea/coffee. Shelf missing in bathroom, but holes where it should be.
