The room was good for a few nights. Good location. Was easy to get to the town, beach and station

The kettle was in need of a good descale. Had to buy a sieve for straining the flakes out because we were using it for feeding the baby. The travel cot provided didn't clip in on one side. It caused the baby to slide down. We used empty bottles to make it a bit more stable. Some people let there door slam. This caused the baby to wake up

I liked the location though it was a bit hard to find. The beds were comfortable.

There was wear and tear within our flat and we had no hot water during our stay. The bedroom itself didn't feel big enough to fit three people it was quite cramped and I wish there was more space for storing bags and such. We also had absolutely no interaction with staff at all even when I realised we didn't have hot water I attempted to find a staff member but there weren't any at all. The place definitely needs some love and attention

Perfect groudn floor room with all amenaties needed for your stay. Staff were very polite and helpful. Brilliant location a few minutes walk from the pier in one dietection and the shops in another. Cant wait to stay again soon.

Kitchen equipment was adequate but could do w8th updating. There was a disturbance by another guest but the management took care of it and made sure that they rectified this with my booking and made sure i was compensated correctly.

Nice and spacious, beds were really comfy!

Had a bit of trouble with the key unlocking and locking our door

there were no towels provided although some were supplied after we commented but as I have booked self catering accomodation many times and have always had towels provided I was surprised. Maybe this should be indicated in the information provided before booking. We were told the shower may not work when we arrived, it didn't. The host did tell us to ring if it didnt but when you wake up, you really dont want to have to get dressed and wait for someone to fix the shower before you can use it.
