Brilliant location, we are both disabled but had no issues with accessing our room. Very comfortable room with great WiFi connectivity,the bed was very comfortable and facilities within the room were also great

The only small issues were the tv was very small but adapted easily, however it would be nice to have the tv replaced for a little bigger one also there was a green line through the middle of the screen which was distracting. A small amount of dust was along parts of the skirting board which I feel could have been cleaned easily between stays

The location was great. The whole accommodation was quiet and quite comfortable. Would stay again.

Television didn’t turn on which was the only issue. But I notified the owner and they responded instantly.

Poor facilities. No shower in the room. Quite noisy, too.

The location was brilliant, so close to everything, the ease of getting the keys was good, plus a slightly later check out than usual

The cleanliness wasn't good, black hair in the shower and bathroom sink, the mugs were filthy, as were the cutlery, I had to wash the things we needed to use with boiling water first. The facilities weren't great either, I know we were in self catering accommodation, however I've stayed in many, and its usual to get a few tea/coffee sachets, a tea towel and a couple of towels for a family of four- as you can't bring as much for a short stay as you would if you were staying longer. The TV was temperamental, the light in the bedroom didn't work ( luckily there was a lamp as children don't do well in the dark at night in a strange place) plus the curtains were hanging off

The shower wasn't working in room did manage to have 1 shower but would of liked more during our stay
