A13 THE CHASE 8 Berth Caravan

Great location

I’m not one to write reviews but I do think this needs a bit of tlc. Doors don’t have handles on the inside to close them, curtains fall off tracks in bedrooms (yes I did try to sort them), looks like damp in between kitchen and room ( paper coming off above unit), tv just didn’t work at all ( tried to retune it but nothing)

Nothing.

Upon arrival the caravan was cold, there was no heating. We had two small plug in radiators which did not heat any room. The fire did not work either. We then tried to turn the shower on and the shower head was broken, there was also no hot water. We complained about this and maintenance came out, they said they’d be back the next day to fix it. Then in the main double bed room the mattress had a blood stain on it. We also complained about this but nothing was done. We’d been in the caravan less than 2 hours and no help was given at all. We ended up leaving at almost midnight and driving to another hotel. When we finally received a reply we were accused of breaking walls, was told the shower worked (which it didn’t as the maintenance was supposed to come back out to sort everything), also complained at for “getting mud in the carpet” which was not us as we both removed our shoes upon arrival. We had asked for a refund and this was declined as we’ve been made out to be liars. Safe to say we will not be staying here again.

Caravan was spacious and clean Lovely campsite Nice shower Nice kitchen I would use.again

The fire didnt work but there were heaters provided But no where in living room to plug one in if my grandsons wanted to used TV so we had to buy an extension Sofa bed was broken so had to share a room with my grandson To be fair though non of those things were dealbreakers and the caravan was great value.

The caravan needs a full over hall decoration there was mold on the nets at one of the windows the edging to the wall in the toilet was hanging off no room to move in bedroom shower was bigger than the toilet room

Quite. It was what we expected for the price. It was OK for a base

Small toilet. Rip curtain. Damp. Dips in seats Doors not shutting properly. Slippy balcony Bit disappointed hat we had to wait over two hours to get in.
