Price was great the location was good, the owners were really helpful at last minutes notice

There were a few issues with all the duvets, and pillows was very dirty and the 2 tvs in the bedrooms didn't have an aerial, the bathroom lock didn't work and most of the doors was missing the internal handles was missing so you couldn't close the doors very easily.

The smell of weed and the handles for the doors kept falling off whoch i reported stright away to the owner

Mould all over the blinds bad quality of pillows and quilts/ dirty. Pots and pan in the cupboard but on the floor 😬 No shelf for them to be onit. Not a single cleaning sponge to wash your glass out. 100% needs a good refurbish everything just looks like it’s gonna fall apart.

Great location and easy check-in. Caravan was clean overall. Basics provided. And fine for a one night stay.

Rubbish left under the caravan, full ashtrays not cleaned out (smell of smoke left in the caravan). Loose springs in the mattresses. Very cold and damp in the morning. Site location different to photo, it's surrounded by other caravans, not against a hedge.

The caravan is in a great location, quite site but close to a shops and in walk distance of beach and amusement. It’s a nice lay out, shower, living room and toilet were pretty clean and tidy.

The only real issue we had were the beds/duvet/pillows, the mattresses seem very cheap or worn and are just springs at this point. Even the kids struggle to sleep for being jabbed by springs, we had to use the spare duvet to make mattresses toppers the second night. One of the single rooms smelt badly of damp, thankfully we didn’t need to use it as there was only 4 of us. Duvets didn’t smell great and some of the pillows were not fit for use. Only other thing was the kettle, it wouldn’t open and wasn’t fit for use due to limescale we just used a pan to boil water and a few broken door handles.

Caraven was everything we needed. Me my 2 daughters and 2 grandaughters had a lovely few days on this site, food in woodys was lovely. Would definitely stay again

Ideal caravan for the night as we needed, but could do with a good maintenance on the doors and bedding kept cleaner but overall caravan was good

Quiet, clean site,caravan not far from entrance, which was good,near enough to places to eat,not too far from fantasy island,if you are a good walker.

Caravan not up to standard that we are used to,but for the money we paid it was ok.
