Clean quiet and comfortable

Nothing at all

Caravan was clean and tidy and perfect for our needs. Situated on a well kept park close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk into the main part of Fantasy Island. Communication with host prior to arrival was great and enabled our trip to go smoothly. Would definitely consider booking again.

Only issue we had was that the bed was uncomfortable but as we were only there a couple of nights, it wasn't a huge issue. Would consider extra blankets if staying longer.

Location Wifi

Had already arrived before receiving key code for the key for the caravan (this was gone 7.30pm Friday evening and I'd already messaged to ask them to send during my journey). Had to call upon arrival to ask for it. Disabled Uncle and 7 year old daughter with me, so was inconvenient upon arrival trying to find a toilet on site, when we could have just used the caravan, had we have had the key code in time. Bedding (quilts/pillows were filthy) Walls are dirty Ants in every room First time never received message from owner upon arrival, or on departure.

The location was easy for access though it took a bit time to identify the caravan.

The room heaters could have been better, rest all was fine.

needs some attention in places and the ants need dealing with before they become a huge problem
