Great location close to centre in a private gated complex with own garden and access to seasonal pool (n.b not available early June). Spacious and elegant traditional apartment; modernised shower rooms with plentiful hot water. Tastefully decorated. Quiet (except in garden due to traffic noise); quiet neighbours. Comfortable double bed in main bedroom. Responsive host.

Kitchen could do with modernising to provide more sockets and worktops and would benefit from an equipment audit/upgrade to include a cafetiere, more mugs and glasses. Outside patio needs cleaning and outside chairs needs new cushions. Garden needs a tidy up. Mattress on double bed in second (triple) bedroom is hard.

location was excellent. that's the only plus I can give this

We booked this property as they had advertised a pool which was what we wanted as we had our 4 year old foster child with us. When we arrived we asked where the pool was and we where told it hadn't opened yet because of the cost of a lifeguard. We arrived late evebing and we were exhausted from travelling so we just wanted to get to bed. yes it is a spacious apartment but it smelt musty and damp and we woke to grounds which were not great, not well maintained, there wasn't a play area or garden area suitable for a yoing child, the pool was void of water and covered in leaves. We just wanted to leave and We tried to cancel the next day but the owner would not answer the phone to the representative from booking.com.

Host was very helpful, caring and attentive. He recommended a local restaurant which was excellent.

The owner asked me about 5 times if I had more guests staying on the properly than I had booked after I told him multiple times that I did not. In addition, the owner did was giving me a hard time about using the heat from the ac unit vs the heater in the wall when the house was 19 degrees celsius. He was reluctant to give me the remote control for them. Finally, after 2 hours of arguing, he gave me the remotes. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The apartment is very spacious, the 2 bathrooms are a plus. The terrace with garden access is great. The location is good. With some renovation and design thus could be an amazing property.

Strong smell of tobacco in the room with terrace emanating mostly from the curtains. Some stuff were missing from the kitchen (ladle, cutting knife) or were dirty, too used (pans, pots, dish washing sponge).

When I booked I was not aware I need to pay 25 euro if you arrive after 19:00 or 50 euro after midnight. Also I was requested a 10 euro per day for the AC or heat, but they gave up because the Booking call center intervened. They should specify this fees when you book.

Excellent location in Sorrento. Walkable to so many areas.
