Great friendly host, great location, very tidy and spacious accommodation, perfect for families, great outdoor area too! Absolutely amazing stay! Definitely recommend (& hope to return)

I enjoyed all of it

The Property Management met us to allow us access & review the property layout & facilities. Were available to reach on any issues & also indicated that they would reply as quickly as possible.

The door keys were not the best & would occasionally stick & not allow entry immediately. You would have to play with the lock. Suggest new keys be cut & available for the tenants.

The property was wonderful, very nice, new bathrooms, big and very comfortable for a family of four. The location is exceptional. Both Gianluca and Alessandro were wonderful hosts.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and close to train station.

The key to the entrance was very difficult to use

The location was near a supermarket and short walk to the main part of town.

It is really inappropriate to ask for an extra $10 per night when checking in to allow us to use Air Conditioning! That should be included in the price in advance. They also only had one set of keys for 4 adults---they had to make an additional copy and then were late bringing it the next day. The area right outside the kitchen where you would hang clothes had a lot mosquitoes as did the back. So we could not take advantage of the substantial outdoor space that came with the place. The furniture was shoddy and old.

The host, Alessandro, was super efficient and friendly . He allowed us to leave our bags before check in time and met us before we left. The position was good and it was great to have a private garden.

The bedrooms felt chilly.

Location was excellent near centre of resort. Aparment was large and well equipped - very good 60,s vibe in terms of decor. Staff were nice and we enjoyed the garden and private location.. Washing machine was a nice touch as was the bottle of wine we found as a welcome

Kettle didn't work properly and when we reported it was not heeded. A minor issue as we boiled water in a saucepan to make tea. The nearby swimming pool we were told we could use was not filled with water which was disappointing as it is late May.
