The host was kind and flexible enough to accommodate an early check-in request. The apartment also has basic essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, which some other property management platforms, like Travelio, do not provide.

A water dispenser was available in the apartment, but it would have been better if a simple kettle were also provided for guests to boil water.

El piso 21 tiene unas vistas muy amplias. Además era tranquilo y en un edificio lujoso. El trato con Jane fue muy agradable y respondió siempre con mucha rapidez. El personal del edificio era muy servicial. Además la casa esta muy bien amueblada y totalmente completa. La cama balinesa es muy cómoda y además resulta muy chula!! La ubicación frente a un centro comercial también es un plus, y en un barrio céntrico y majo en Surabaya. El equipamiento del edificio se corresponde con un edificio de lujo (recepción, gimnasio, piscina con zona de chorros, etc).

¡Todo estaba perfecto!!

Het was gelijk aan de foto's, mooie uitgebreide gym, mooi zwembad waarvan we eerst dachten beetje koud, bleek een bad achter te zitten met temperaturen die je thuis in bad hebt, echt een cadeautje na een lange auto rit. De bedden zijn goed, weinig lawaai, kortom genoten!
