No es el de imagen , ese fue el año pasado .. este año era en la planta baja , más cómodo para nuestra edad

Raro el concepto baño , son 3 apartados y sobre el lavabo no iba bien la iluminación... difícil afeitarse casi sin iluminacion

Unfortunately it’s directly opposite a Karaoke bar/club called Crazy Dolphin that was super loud with its doors wide open onto the street & people yelling/chatting loudly & drunkenly from 11pm- 5am every evening of the week. We had almost no sleep, having to sleep during the day which ruined our holiday. There were no blackout blinds on 2 of the 4 windows. We expressed our wish to cut our stay short and have our fee reduced accordingly but the staff were evasive said it wasn’t possible. They gave us an option to stay at one of their other apartments that were all full anyway. This is abysmal treatment. Very disappointing & we strongly advice not to stay unless youre nocturnal & don’t mind listening to tuneless singing/shouting/chatting/ all through the night.

Well located, reniewed studio with big TV, good wifi, kitchen very well equipped

It rained for 5 minutes and the studio got flooded , with water coming through the 3 windows. After calling the property, any other solution was offered besides cleaning. Only critical when raining heavily. Also there is a pub right in front with music outloud and screams until 3 am which disturbed a lot the sleep.

At night, I woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning from the fact that something was crawling over me! I turned on the light and discovered that they were bed bugs. Even on the first day, I saw one on the couch, but I thought it was just another insect, because I had never seen bedbugs before. I came to Setubal for the weekend from Lisbon, where I live, my apartment is clean and I have no insects. There was no way I could bring bedbugs into this apartment. Now the owner is accusing me of being dirty and bringing insects with me! And he demands to return 200 euros. Are you serious?! I am an adult clean girl, they take a shower every day, I have never lived in hostels, I live in my apartment in Lisbon. Today I slept for 3 hours, and I had to pack my things on the floor and shake everything out so as not to bring insects home to my family! At home, I sent all my things to the laundry and took a shower right away. I still have marks on my body and the photo shows blood when I killed one insect. Where did I get bedbugs from and how could I bring them into these apartments right away!? I demand to return my money, blacklist the owner and ask him to disinfect the bed and sofa.
