Setúbal Downtown Blue

That the property was well situated in the centre of Setúbal and not far from the rail station.

Everything, the staff, the property hygiene accommodation, the noise from the road etc. Unfortunately upon our arrival we found the apartment to be unclean and dusty. We also had to report the smell of sewage coming from the drains. Despite reporting this on the first day to the property agency, they only managed to come on the fifth day to the apartment for a check. The situation became even worse on the fifth day, we've discovered that the bed was overflowing with bed bugs. We report the issue to the property and had to leave immediately in the middle of night and pay for the other hotel. Some of the staff were rude over the phone, trying to make us feel guilty for the situation. We had terrified and very stressful stay at Setúbal Downtown Blue.

Slight drain smell coming from toilet room No washing machine as advertised

great size apartment and full kitchen. modern and very clean.

blinds need to be fixed or replaced as they are broken and one towel per person for 4 days is not enough.

Fabulous location, and 109 had no stairs. There was a problem with the heater and they came right away and fixed it! The kitchen was well- fitted. The shower was wonderful!

It never got dark - could use a second layer of curtains.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the centre and restaurants The apartment was lovely and clean with good facilities for a short stay.

Separate shower room and toilet. There was only one wash basin in the toilet which did not have hot water. There was a lot of noise from a local bar which went on till late at night.
