Amazing Setúbal

Ouvia-se as pessoas a caminhar no apartamento de cima.

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe, todo correcto y acceso autónomo.

Imposible descansar, el piso de arriba suena la tarima como si estuvieran haciendo marcha militar, sientes que en cualquier momento el techo se desploma sobre tu cama, nos resultó IMPOSIBLE dormir, el único de silencio es entre las 2AM y 6AM que ya estaban andando de nuevo. Cucarachas que entran por la puerta que da a la calle.

The shower, the water goes all the way to the corridor 💦😪

Apartment was nicely decorated but not comfortable at all. Rain shower didn’t work and was hanging to the ceiling, bathroom door doesn’t have lock, shower leaking all over the floor, no proper shelving unit in bathroom to keep make up and personal effect but uncomfortable drawers instead , no light bathroom mirror so impossible to wear contact lenses or make up , sink was not fives and it was falling apart on my feet almost twice , no exhaust fan and no ventilation in bathroom. The fridge was not working properly and no follow up now action taken after my numerous complaints, all my food and meds were spoiled . Terrace door and entrance door were very difficult to be locked , clothes’ dryer outdoor was falling apart from the wall , one light outside the terrace but no bulb was inside. A lot of noise from backyard due to some neighborhoods construction staring early morning also at the weekend. Near by free parking was a scam since I’ve got fined every day and that’s very bad ! No electric socket for the bed light near to the window so useless light stand on that side of the bed . Asked for extra pillows and I’ve got only one which was without pillow case and extremely dirty and full of yellow stains of someone else sweat ( absolutely disturbing and disgusting)! Nice kitchen appliance but not a single tissue box or hand paper . The area outside the house it was very unsafe , I was about to be robbed twice and also I’ve been panicking when a bad guy was following me from the parking and I had a lot of difficulties in opening the entrance door due to the malfunction of the lock , I was lucky I succeed to enter in the house on time without trouble . Very bad sound proof ceiling and walls , i could ear the noise coming from the guests on the upper floor and event their own intimacy , very very annoying and embarrassing. Also the flash of the toilet was leaking and making sound all night long so it was disturbing my sleep.

All the above. No value for money . Also no assistance form the customer services for my maintenance complaints for the fridge and also for the request of an early check out do to emergency. No policies for early checkout out
