Shore Thing - Just a stones throw from the beach

Clean and well equipped

Had an absolutely perfect getaway at Shore Thing this week, super comfy bed and the property is beautifully done out throughout. Incredible location right on the seafront, with an array of cafes, bars and restaurants literally down the road. The host was incredibly helpful from start to finish with any requests I desired, and literally bent over backwards to help. Could not recommend this place anymore if I tried. Will definitely be back again soon ☑️

Everything was perfect

Very nicely and thoughtfully furnished; good location; quiet. Felt safe. Nice to have tea, coffee, milk, biscuits provided. Excellent communication and nice welcome note from host, who kindly popped the heating on at my request.

Bit of an uphill walk to and from where car could be parked. Was a bit odd not having a kitchen, so no cooker, hot plate or sink. Microwave cooking only. Washing up done in a bowl using the bathroom basin.

A nice comfortable apartment but was quite difficult to find. Also parking of our Rental Car was not very satisfactory. You are giving a free permit but then just have to find a park wherever.

Parking

Whilst a parking permit was included, parking was not adjacent and because of high, fenced pavement access to the lock box was not easy.

Bed. No kitchen. High Bath for shower. Untidy narrow difficult entry passage. Main road location. Fenced pavement. Diffult to stop and unload luggage before having to trundle up untidy cluttered rear passgae.

Most elegant apartment, in a central location with all the amenities one would require. The apartment has been furnished and equipped in a very co-ordinated manner showing a great of love and attention has been applied to it. Parking was very easy - with a 'virtual permit' supplied by the hosts, and easy to find spaces to park. A very pleasing and lovely apartment - highly recommended!

The courtyard was cute and well thought out. Lovely to relax in, with lights that came on in the evening. Nice to have games to play if weather not great. There was milk on arrival for tea/ coffee 😀.Great bath/shower, with shower gel provided. Lots of storage space. Really everything supplied for a few days away. Great host & very quick replies/ helpful to request. Thank you 😊

The accommodation is situated close to a pebble beach. A twenty minute walk to the local town of Folkestone. I slept well and had a soak the most amazing bath.🤣

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Shore thing suited my needs for the time that I stayed.
