Location was perfect for our wedding in sandwich

Fantastic location. Great shower, as well as a very well maintained garden.

In the heat of the summer the studio did get a little hot at night. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not to be used overnight.

Very comfortable room,with air conditioning unit,small kitchenette,microwave and fridge. Ideal for a short stay close to town centre and all amenities. Bed was very large and comfortable. Room spotlessly clean.i will use this property again.

Could not get the heaters to work so was a bit cold

Lovely studio close to the centre of Sandwich, very clean and comfortable.

Small problem with getting code for key box, but quickly sorted with a phone call, other than that a perfect stay

The flat is cozy with limited little space apart from the bed and bathroom, however, this is very fitting for the price. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We had a lovely few days visiting Sandwich, which is a characterful medieval town.

befire arrival we were sent a list of behaviours to observe which was midly disquieting (having quiet conversations, not having the TV on loud, don't eat Indian or Chinese takeaways, take your shoes off and carry them upstairs etc...) having said this, it was a very. comfiortable and enjoyable stay, as I left my violin at home and we had decided to eat out! The garden is a peaceful haven and the cleaning lady was incredibly friendly. I would definitely consider revisting. The host was incredibly responsive in sending us the WiFI code.

De studio is ideaal gelegen in het historische stadje; heel centraal bij allerlei winkels en horeca. Het was er stil en schoon. De Hostess was tijdig en duidelijk in haar communicatie (Telefonisch en SMS). Parkeren is goed opgelost maar wel een aardige wandeling terug naar de studio. Ons advies is om eerst de spullen uit te laden bij de studio en dan de auto weg te zetten.

Bij aankomst was ons niet duidelijk dat de studio op de 1e verdieping lag. Ondanks de uitgebreide instructies hebben we een korte speurtocht ondernomen. De Studio is erg klein en volgepropt met meubels. De keukenunit en ontbijtbar is zo klein dat je er niet met 2 personen kunt staan of zitten. De 2 barkrukken (en aanschuiftafeltje) stonden daardoor steeds in de weg. Er was geen ruimte om onze koffers ergens op te bergen en hebben ze uiteindelijk maar terug gebracht naar de auto. De lijst met do's en met name don'ts is erg lang (schoenen uit/ alleen pizza take-away/ air-con/ etc). We voelden ons bijna bezwaard om de studio te betreden of er iets te eten. Parkeren voor de accommodatie is nagenoeg onmogelijk en max 1 uur. Wij hadden geluk dat er een plaatsje was om onze spullen uit te kunnen laden.

Lovely beautiful, comfortable room. The location was excellent, Sandwich was a lovely base for many days out. We eat in the garden a lot ,it was a peaceful and lovely setting. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here..
