Very clean and homely

"Kitchen" area is small but pleased with the provision of teas/coffee, fresh milk and fruit.

The entrance porch, which is also where the key safes are located, is unlit at night. Had to use the torch on my phone to see ! That was the only minor gripe - otherwise perfect.

Had everything we needed for one night stay.

Room very small but not alot you can do about that. Parking not that near to property.

The studio is very clean and tidy, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Small kitchen with microwave and fridge is perfect for re- heating food if you prefer to eat a simple dinner and do not want to dine out. Bathroom is spacious for a small size studio. The fact that it is centrally located and has a lovely mature garden is certainly a bonus. We sat in the garden in the evening to soak in the vibe, it is so peaceful. It is also a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine. The host,Paula, is friendly and she would guide you to check in and to find a parking space. One can tell from the tasteful decorations that this place has been attended throughout with tender love and care. Highly recommended as a base to explore sandwich and nearby beaches and towns

Great location and helpful host. Studio well equipped with lovely bathroom - great shower. Welcome/ breakfast pack was a good bonus
