Centrally located, clean, comfortable bed, all mod cons, lovely bathroom.

Curtains not blackout, foam pillows - personal preference are feather.

Bed, lined, bathroom and cleanliness were all excellent. Room was quite small. Location was good but parking not terribly convenient although we managed to get a space near the house for loading and unloading.

We thought that breakfast was included. Booking.com website said it was. But I don't think that a KitKat or a packet of crisps and black coffee constitutes a breakfast. Fortunately there was a Coop not far away so we were able to buy cereal and milk and fruit but there were only teaspoons to eat with. You couldn't make toast because of the fire risk. It would be fairer to advertise this without breakfast. Paula is very helpful telling about where to shop and eat and drink.

The location was central, perfect walking distance to the town. The entrance is a pretty little gated lane to the property. It's quiet and peaceful. Inside the standard of finishes is high and with thoughtful touches for added comfort. There's a beautiful outlook to the back of the property's and the gardens. Pretty and quiet. Cleanliness was of a high standard.

There was not anything that I did not like

Location, gorgeous garden, nice bathroom with toiletries, neat llittle kitchen area, chatting to Paula.

Paula's advice for parking was not possible for our camper van, would recommend using Guildhall car park.

Perfectly located, peaceful and absolutely spotless. All amenities inside the property even some snacks ! Paula the landlady is a lovely woman and nothing is too much for her

That I couldn’t stay longer if felt like being in my own home it was so comfortable

Paula was a great host, lovely studio, spotlessly clean, and couldn't do enough for us, made to feel very welcome.
