Amazing view of the marina. Fabulous location to Ortigia. The spiral staircase is a bit of a hassle ( we are in our 60’s and 70’s) It’s a perfect spot except for the late night bar noise. The street area is under construction which was probably a bonus for us as it was quieter than other big streets. When I reached out to tell owner I was shocked not to find out it’s right beside a very loud bar he replied with it’s the Sicily way. I would have rather known when looking for a quieter holiday. I am in recovery from alcohol addiction, it’s not our scene.

Not a hot tub but a jetted tub that did not have enough water pressure to fill it. Owner would have known this.

Flamingo SPA Loft is the perfect base for exploring Syracuse. It is a short walk (5 - 10 minutes) to the historic heart of the town, but it sits on a waterfront with views out to boats and, while we there, people playing a kayak handball game. Flamingo SPA Loft could not have been more convenient. Parking was very easy. Note, there is a tight staircase to upper floor where the bedroom is located, so bags really need to remain downstairs unless you are travelling with backpacks.

Location, parking was good, lovely seaview, nice hot tub, the host was very quick and adequate in his responses with any issues we had or questions.

The spiral staircase, the lighting could’ve been better to make it a bit cosier, floors weren’t washed, hairs in the shower upon arrival.

A great location close to the Marina in Siracusa with easy on street parking within 5 minutes walk. A suitably equipped kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine meant an extended stay was comfortable. Easy walk to the centre of Ortigia for a great choice of restaurants and historic views. A round bed and jacuzzi in the bedroom were a different addition - possibly for a more romantic stay but the facilities were perfect for an extended business stay

On the final Friday night there was late night music nearby that went on till the very early hours of the morning

The location is great, the owner is super nice and helpful.

The round bed was great and so comfortable. lots of recommendations which we tried lots of and they were amazing. The jacuzzi bath was wonderful also!
