Location was good overall and the apartment was functional.

The immediate surrounds of the apartment were in poor condition.

Excellent location in the centre of beautiful Ortigia but very quiet. Very comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning in both rooms. We didn't meet Nadil but check-in was easy and communication was good. All the necessary amenities and wine and snacks were appreciated.

Great location in the centre of everything. Very quiet. Both bedroom and living room faced the courtyard. Comfortable bed. The place was fairly newly renovated, clean and the host left a variety of drinks in the fridge and some breakfast essentials like jam, coffee, tea on the table. Good communication from the host. Easy sell check-in. It felt like a home away from home.

Very well decorated, spacious and well located within the old town of Ortigia. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our own dinner :)

The low capacity of hot water. We had to shower for like 3 mins each before the run out of it. The surroundings looked not welcoming with some abandoned buildings, but the room is very nice.

Lovely apartament at superb location, very helpful host who guided us how to locate and self checkin, very easy.
