"Great apartment in the heart of Ortigia"

Great communication before, during and after the stay. The location is perfect as it's central to the sights of Ortigia. It's got excellent amenities and plenty of room for personal items. The little balcony is great for morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location, modern apartment and great facilities including a few snacks and drinks!

Small hot water tank meant that we had to be careful when showering with a family of 4 as we ran out on a few occasions

Friendly staff and great location.

The cleanliness needs to be improved, the kitchen utensils are not completely clean, and some hair can be found on the sofa. But the most important sheets are clean, so it is acceptable!

Amazing location. Very comfortable and nicely decorated flat. You have everything you need. Great communication with the owner

Nothing major for a couple but hot water runs out very quickly. You need to time your showers well or shower together

Easy self-checkin with good instructions. The apartment is cosy and everything was clean, we really enjoyed our time here. It is located right in the centre of Ortigia, so everything is very close - great choice to stay!

Nothing about the property itself; the apartment is located within the ZTL, what makes (un)loading luggage and parking a little bit difficult. The host helped us very well, thanks again, but one should be aware of that.

the location is unbelievable & quite. it’s also relatively modern. honestly loved it. highly recommend.

Hot water runs out quickly but was manageable. didn’t really create any issues.

Superb location close to landmarks, shopping, dining and a few steps from the sound of the sea hitting the rocks. Immaculate accommodation and a very responsive and helpful host made our stay quite comfortable.

The parking situation in Ortigia is challenging. Our host did a good job explaining the situation ( including drawn maps) but it takes determination to be there with a car - and the public parking ticket machines come from the dark ages!
