Village un peu calme mais convient parfaitement pour explorer l’Est de la Sicile en voiture.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene, neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit einer angenehmen Größe. Gut ausgestattete Küche und schöner Aussensitz vor der Wohnung. Alle Fenster verfügen über Insektengitter und in den beiden Schlafzimmer und im Wohn-/Essbereich sind Klimaanlagen. Der Vermieter Fabio ist sehr schnell über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung führt der Weg durch 2 elektrische Tore und der Wagen kann direkt vor der Wohnung geparkt werden. Nach Syrakus sind es je nach Tageszeit und Fahrtrichtung ca 15-25 Minuten (unbedingt Maps nutzen, es gibt viele Wege). Parkplatz in Syrakus direkt an der Brücke nach Ortygia (1,50€ für 1h, 15€ für 24h). Im Ort Belvedere gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir zum neuen SuperConveniente in Syrakus gefahren (knapp 10min). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Ätna und Taormina jew. ca. 1,5 h; Ragusa ca. 1,25h; Catania 45min und Noto 30min). Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Draußen beim Aussensitz und drinnen an den Sofas fehlt ein kleiner Beistelltisch um Gläser abstellen zu können. So muss man die Sachen auf den Boden stellen. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest ein Teil des Aussensitzes fest überdacht wäre, damit man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. So muss man sich bei schlechtem Wetter in der Fewo aufhalten. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt, es sind aber beim Geschirr nur jew. 4 Teller vorhanden. Man muss also ständig abwaschen, da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Das größere Schlafzimmer ist über eine 6-stufige Treppe zu erreichen. Die Decke ist sehr flach. Wer größer als 1,85m ist, muss den Kopf in dem Schlafzimmer einziehen. Die anderen Zimmer sind alle deutlich höher. Internet war etwas schwach und an 2 Tagen ganz ausgefallen. Da man kein dt. Fernsehen über Satellit bekommt, ist man für die Mediathek auf Internet angewiesen.

Spacious apartment. Good host. Comfortable and clean. Fully equiped. Quiet location with secure parking. Small town nearby, shopping mall a short drive away. Would recomend staying here.

Not really a problem but no tv channel for uk visitors, we like to keep up with news events.

Der Garten ist schön und ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Für unser Auto stand einen privaten Parkplatz zur Verfügung - perfekt!

Ein Schlafzimmer hat eine niedrige Denke (nur ein Problem für großgewachsene Menschen wie mich)

The place is very clean, newly renovated and spacious. Super cozy and with every detail being thought through! For a company of 4 it was amazing: 1 Room with a big bed and 1 room with two single beds, plus very big kitchen. Very important that we had a whole garden to ourselves. The owners leave on the second floor but due to the structure of the building we didn’t disturb each other at all. The owner is extremely helpful, nice and responsive.

Fabia was an excellent host who met us at the property ready to show us around. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything that we could have needed or required. The apartment is set within a gated area so it is extremely safe. There is a garden and patio area all that could be used when in the apartment. All in all a fantastic property

Excellent value for money in an ideal location for exploring eastern Sicily. The owner was incredibly attentive and helpful, with smooth and easy communication. The apartment had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely return!

Beautifully renovated, generous size with everything needed for very pleasant stay. Friendly and very helpful hosts Fabio and Valeria. It was by miles the best accomodation during our travel by car around Sicily.
