Everthing very spacious very comfy. has all we needed & more. We had bikes which we we kept in the secure garage. 5 star. Also a pub 20 min walk away with a decent menue.

"Perfect in every way."

The location was peaceful with a lovely view over the garden to the fields, walking distance to the village and pub. We did the Stokesby circular walk which was flat and easy to follow.

"super quiet getaway in the heart of the Norfolk Broads"

perfect for our getaway. Everything is clean and very well appointed kitchen and shower. fantastic quiet air con. local village has excellent pub on the broads that serves breakfast too. local shop. super area. Judy was friendly and very accommodating.
