Perfect location for us -a waterside location with all of the major attractions of Ortigia within a 15 minute stroll, yet quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Alessandra was attentive and available

There is nothing not to like. A ground floor apartment,with only a single window and a small car park area between the accommodation and the sea. The stairs to the bedroom area may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues

La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta, tanti bar e ristoranti vicini e di fronte al mare. Tutto pulito e accogliente.

Difficile trovare una cosa che non ci è piaciuta. Forse un piccolo punto di miglioramento potrebbe essere la ventola del bagno, molto rumorosa.

Book this apartment, it’s so cute and in a wonderful location in the old town. The apartment is wonderful, it was quiet, clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect and the host made our stay very easy. Alessandra stocked the kitchen and even left us a little Sicilian gift. She was extremely helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Nice place where you feel historic touch

Bit of a mix up with the room when we first arrived but Alessandra sorted it out and refunded us the first night. Alessandra was a great help throughout our stay and went the extra distance for us when my wife was unwell

Nothing wrong

La disponibilité, réactivité et la bonne volonté d'Alessandra. Les petites attentions comme de l'eau fraîche et jus d'orange dans le frigo. Quelques biscuits et tartelettes à disposition. L'appartement est sympa et bien fourni.

L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et la seule fenêtre donne directement sur un parking toujours plein. L'argument "vue mer " est exagéré car il faut soit être suffisamment grand pour voir au-dessus des voitures soit qu'il n'y ai pas de voitures, ce qui n'arrive jamais.
