Ziemlich dunkle Höhle mit nur 2 kleinen Fenstern.

Apartament z klimatem, przy samej promenadzie. Dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Klucze odbiera się w La Locanda di Vicolo IV. Od Właściciela dostaliśmy mapę i wskazówki największych atrakcji Ortigii, i rabat na posiłki w tratorii. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Nieopodal znajduje się przystanek autobusowy. Linia 106 dowozi do centrum Syrakuz , dworca kolejowego i autobusowego Interbus. W porze letniej, ten apartament jest z pewnością idealny, zimą jednak trochę chłodno, mimo ogrzewania.

So for this property, you pick up the keys at a restaurant. Property was clean. Young man at the restaurant was courteous and spoke enough English that we could check in.

No napkins, sugar, paper towels, not enough toilet paper. Dark inside. But the biggest problem was the shower door - which was broken -- so you hat to hold it or try to prop it open while showering. Not really expected for a property at this cost.

Apartment is in a good location in heart of Siracusa. It has a lot of space, and probably in the summer can be a nice shelter from the heat. The host was communicative and gave us some local tips.

The issue is humidity in the apartment - feels colder and its visible on the walls with some mold - we decided to leave earlier. As well the kitchen could be cleaner - we washed all the dishes before use as their cleannes was questionable.

The Host did not have an organized system for contact to check-in. In all of the literature and messages from the Host it said we could call them or contact them by email and we tried all of the available channels and did not receive a response.

Que estava brut, la calefacció no funcionava al 100%, olor a humitat, falta de manteniment.

Nicely decorated ground floor apartment near the market in Ortigia which is good for fish and fruit and vegetable shopping. Nice space for 2 people, it can sleep 4. Good location for spending 3 days in Siracusa & Ortigia, easy to walk to all the tourist sites. Very handy having the kitchenette although they did not supply tea and coffee; it didn't matter, we had our own.

We had problems with using the gas stove at first but the owner came right away and showed us how. Also there was no electric kettle which we were expecting to have. When we told him he went and got one for us so that was great.
