The apartment was just lovely, every piece of furniture and decoration was deeply thought. It was equipped with everything you can think of: some fresh water, coffee and complimentary snacks, even a sun umbrella for the beach. The cleaning was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, we felt really at home.

5th floors with no elevator can be a challenge, particularly when arriving with the luggage. We also found it a bit weird that no one came to welcome us even if our arrival time was just in the middle of the afternoon.

L'appartamento di suo è davvero carino, riproduce l'interno di una barca e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere Ortigia anche a piedi...la vista dalla casa è molto bella perché si vede il mare e nel complesso la casa è accogliente, inoltre ho trovato il letto molto comodo per i miei standard.

Veniamo alle note dolenti purtroppo. La pressione dell'acqua è davvero bassa nel bagno al piano di sotto per essere addirittura inesistente nel bagno in camera da letto, tanto da non poterne usufruire dato che non usciva un goccio d'acqua...un porta asciugamani nel bagno risolverebbe il disagio di non sapere dove appoggiare le tovaglie, il doccino non era presente, per fare una doccia senza bagnare i capelli mi sono dovuta contotcere, il corrimano sulla scala per salire in camera da letto è letteralmente staccato...diciamo che sono degli accorgimenti che se risolti renderebbero la casa davvero bella e soprattutto funzionale al 100%

It is nearby center and everything is accesibile. Nice restaurants nearby.

If you are a tall-ish person,you will hit your head often. The bathroom upstairs is very small and very low, it makes it impossible to stay straight. It is not mentioned anywhere that the door looks itself, therefore, we went outside on the balcony, without taking the keys with ourselves, and we looked out. We manage to have the contact person coming by, and she did mentioned it happened a lot of times for different people, but still they don’t mention it anywhere. It costs us 80€ for someone to pass a credit card through the door lock, like in the movies, took 1 minute, but without receiving a receipt at the end. It is a clean accommodation and it s located well, but the height and the door issue, were very unpleasant do deal with.

I like the location and the room was very well equipped with necessary stuff.

It is in the top floor, a lot of stairs and we have a lot of baggage with us. The host never show up or let us know the check in instructions ahead of time, we got there and then by ourselves we needed to find the way to contact her and be able to enter the room with a code.

Apartamento muy gracioso que simula un barco. Limpio y cómodo y muy cerca del puente para visitar Ortigia.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, 2 Bäder zu haben, eins davon richtig geräumig- der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer , man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause

Manches in der Wohnung war nicht mehr ganz in Takt , zB das Geländer an der Wand neben der Treppe ist locker… , aber immernoch wirklich alles sehr schön

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania i ładny widok z okna. Na plus pralka na wyposażeniu obiektu. Szybki kontakt z właścicielka obiektu.

Czystość apartamentu pozostawiala wiele do życzenia. Niestety ale podłoga w wielu miejscach sie kleiła, sztućce i talerze w kuchni niedomyte. Płyta indukcyjna byla uszkodzona i wycięta z blatu. Po jej wycięciu miejsce nie zostało posprzątane. Po zarezerwowaniu obiektu zostalismy poinformowani o płytcie zastępczej, która została położona na wycięta dziurę lecz problemem bylo to, ze dostępne garnki na niej nie działały. Na pierwszy rzut oka mieszkanie wyglądało przyzwoicie lecz czego nie dotknelismy, odpadało. Gniazdka, barierka przy schodach, nie działał również czajnik elektryczny, ponieważ trzeba bylo trzymac caly czas przycisk podczas gotowania wody, inaczej sie wyłączał. Naprawdę nie jesteśmy wymagajacy i dużo podróżujemy spiąć w roznych miejscach i warunkach lecz tu zupełnie nam sie nie zgadzały tak pozytywne opinie z rzeczywistością.
