Our flight got delayed 8 hours so we arrived at Siracusa after 11 pm. But Giudy kindly gave us a ride from the Siracusa bus terminal to the accommodation. She even prepared hot arancino for us to eat when we arrived. The room also had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. What a kind gesture. The location was great, close to everything and Cala Rossa beach. Giudy was a thoughtful and kind host who kept checking on us if we needed anything and she also brought us Sicilian super delicious fruits! We had a wonderful time and would like to stay at Giudy's place again if we go back to Ortigia:) Also, we could use bicycles and beach towels!

The host was exceptional, so helpful and caring, the location of the apartment is perfect, close to all the restaurants, bars and the beach. The host also left us a small gift which was very nice and reacted promptly after we forgot something in the apartment after we left. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

This is the best possible place to stay in Ortigia, the studio has everything one could possibly need, the courtyard is ideal to chill out, and the included bikes great to visit the area. The host was also absolutely wonderful and always available.

The owner was very kind to pick up and send me to the station. she even bought two Arancino as my dinner after a late bus to town. The location is superbe. The free bike is definitely a plus!

We had a wonderful stay in Siracusa also thanks to our friendly and lovely hosts. The room was very clean and had all kind of comforts. The hosts provide us with nice tips and bikes to move around the island of Ortigia. Perfect location, quite and close to the main touristic attractions. Highly recommended :)

The hosts don't speak English, but make up for that with Google Translate and overall friendlyness. Parking on Ortigia is problematic in general, but the hosts were very helpful with that as well.

I will keep a great memory of my stay. The location was perfect and the studio had everything I needed. Giuditta was a very attentive, generous and friendly host. I can only recommend!

Ammira is a charming and intimate place, but its hosts really determine its character. Transfer to the apartment, fruit, wine or home-made pasta during a few days of winter weather breakdown are just one of the many signs of Giuditta's captivating hospitality. It's the people, history and wonderful atmosphere of this place that make it impossible for us not to come back to this unique part of Italy.
