"Centrally located but let down by flat"

Location about 15 minutes walk from train and bus station, old town 10 mins.Washing machine good and facilities to dry clothes, bed comfortable.

A lot:- Accom needs repair most notably bathroom. The shower unit very old and falling apart. There are two doors to close it only one can be fully closed as there are no handles on other. Looks like bath ripped out atvsome point and replacedcwith shower so taps low down. The unit has a spongey floor and water goes down very slowly. Dusty flat Doors from kitchen cupboards hanging off Not very comfy sofa to sit on Very noisy from road outside Lift to flat sometimes works sometimes doesnt and its the 3rd floor Needs to close its doors for a month and be revamped completely.
