localização boa

falta de atenção com a quantidade de limpeza, durante toda a esadia foram apenas 2 vezes. trocas de toalhas somente nessas duas vezes, a janela da frente do apartamento está emperrada e a fechadura quebrada.

I stayes with no hot water for 2 days!!! Then they asked ME!!!!!!!!! to meet the plumber !!!! in my free time When I met plumber the cleaning lady was there and had to unlock the door to the heating room ,so why was I there???? Also building next to a very loud construction site and the blasting xmas music from 8-2200 was annoying.Somethings cannot be controled but hot water ?? It took the plumber 2 seconds to fix!!! Sorry but I should get a partial refund !!!!Not acceptable at all.

Não tendo sido péssimo, fica a sugestão de se colocar vidros duplos para isolar o barulho vindo da rua, ao fim-de-semana.

Não gostei do atendimento ao cliente, sempre que eu ligasse para pedir uma limpeza ninguém atendia e quando responderam marcaram a limpe para dois dias antes da minha partida. Lamentável . Fiquei hospedada 18 noites com os mesmos lençóis de cama e toalhas sujas.
