Foarte mult zgomot de la strada

Su ubicación genial en la avenida más importante de Setubal. El apartamento muy cómodo y limpio.

El acceso desde la calle al edificio es a través de una aplicación la cual no funciona, por lo cual la primera vez, que accedes tienes que esperar a que alguien entre o salga del edificio. Luego en el cajetin de la puerta del apartamento tienes la llave del portal.

Muy buena ubicación, fácil de aparcar, aunque zona de pago. Supermercados cerca. Bares y restaurantes alrededor.

José podía abrir la ventana de la calle porque tenía rota la manilla. La ventana es vieja y si no se cierra la contraventana de madera hay ruido de los coches.

The location was convenient and close to everything I needed

By arrival we found the bedroom to be dirty, as if the floor hadn't been cleaned. By the next day we didn't have any hot water and its been a recurring problem since my first stay a couple years ago. There was no spare bedding considering we would be staying for 10 days, no spare towels either. The sofa is stained and there is strange marks/stains on the walls. The windows don't close properly so there is constant noise coming from the outside plus the mosquitos as well. Smell of sewage in all of the rooms, either with doors/windows opened or closed, it was there. There was no mention of the ongoing construction next door which lasted through the whole of our stay, making this overall experience very poor.

The location was very central and the rooms were airy and nicely decorated. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The building next door was under major renovation work and during the day the noise was extremely loud with the sound of machinery. The host has no control over this but we were not warned about this prior to our stay. Had we known we would not have booked this accommodation. The mechanism to open the window facing the street had been dismantled and left in pieces on the windowsill. During our stay we were unable to open the window and air the room. Condensation appeared on the window panes every morning. We notified the hosts on the first day but it was not repaired. As part of the service we were informed that minor cleaning and a change of towels, as well as refuse removal, was offered. We were told that only a change of towels was available. The above issues were communicated to the host but all we received were apologies. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but there was no way to fill the sink to wash up and the supply of hot water in this room was intermittent. During our stay there was heavy rain. A pool of water appeared next to the toilet and the following day another pool appeared in front of the refrigerator. The apartment is in a lovely building on the most beautiful street in the city. Sadly our stay was marred by things that could so easily be resolved.

Es lag an der Hauptstraße. Der Verkehr hat allerdings abends zum Glück abgenommen Fenster nicht zu öffnen im Hauptraum
