Pulito, posizione eccellente, comodo per ogni cosa sia che ci si muova in macchina che nel caso in cui ci si muova con i mezzi.

Manca la disponibilità di un parcheggio ma vicino ce n’è uno quasi sempre libero quindi non è un grosso neo. Migliorerei le istruzioni sulla differenziazione dei rifiuti.

Consignes d’accès claires. Emplacement stratégique pour accéder aux points d’intérêt de la ville. Proximité de la gare et des commerces. Distance des zones ultra-touristiques. Logement spacieux.

Avertissement préalable de la non potabilité de l’eau au robinet. Pas d’eau chaude durant le séjour ( au mieux: tiède : douche et vaisselle…). Complétude et état des ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles et poêles très usées)

Szuper elhelyezkedésű a lakás ahol az oldalt utcákban lehet találni ingyen parkolási lehetőséget. A terasz és az apartman is hangulatos. 4-en szálltunk meg kényelmesen. Minden információt meg kaptunk Sebastiantol a lakás bejutásához és ajánlásokat éttermekhez pubokhoz amit köszönünk.

A lakás felszereltségében volt pár hiányosság. 4 en szálltunk meg és csak 2 db bögre illetve vizes pohár volt. Bor nyitó és boros poharak egyáltalán nem voltak. Ezek apróságok amiket könnyen be lehet szerezni.

The location is great! There is bus stop right Infront of the property to go to other places on the Island (like Noto, Marzamemi, Catania, Taormina). If you stay in Siracusa, the location is also great for walking. You can fast and easy get to Ortigia and see all the landmarks. There is a good grocery store near the property (2 mins) and you can grab everything that you may need for your stay (water, snacks) for very affordable prices. The owner, Sebastiano, is very, very helpful. The instructions for the property are very clear. His recommendations for things to do in the place are spot on. He is very responsive and very helpful. The property was clean and there is everything that you need for a short stay. Overall, our experience was great and I really recommend this place.

Posizione comoda ai servizi ed al centro storico, ampio terrazzo fruibile alla sera, letti confortevoli.

Qualche dotazione migliorabile.
