"If you are blind and have no sense of smell, than you shouldn't mind booking this one, mate!"

The price

The dirt. It was visible and we could constantly smell it too. The carpet wasn't washed in years. The awfully discomfortable mattresses are decades old. The cleaner was a joke. No freezer, don't buy an ice-cream!

It was clean and spacious

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it’s more of a suggestion which was there wouldn’t of been enough forks if there was 8 people staying plus the wardrobe in the double room couldn’t be used as all the bedding was in there.

Nothing the caravan was a disgusting

Nothing the caravan was very dirty and disgusting photos where taken by haven management and we had to get another caravan.

Only the shop that was there on site

I found the van to be dated. Carpets needed freshning up. No freezer compartment in fridge, fridge smelt off inside,cleaners came round dead on vacating time which I found stressful. My son has disabilities because of the distraction when I was just finishing up hoovering the van. I accidentally left some of my personal belongings in the van. They have only managed to retrieve some of my clothes that was left in the wardrobe my new possession including my new makeup and books are still missing. The host said they have possibly been moved or overlooked by guests that have stayed afterwards. She said the cleaners was in after the guests accessed the van. . The host has been polite and trying her best to resolve the issue, overall I shall not be returning to the site or van.

Close to beach and a cafe on the beach, the shop with the launderette they were absolutely amazing

"Dire."

It was close to where we wanted to be.

It was cold, the boiler didn’t light. There was drugs under the bed, smoking rubbish under the sofa bed. The place was not clean. Cutlery dirty and smelt awful.
