Lots of space, very clean, lots of windows & light. Opening sliding door to balcony to cool off in the hot weather. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Big lounge with fab large TV with lots of channels. Excellent service on arrival. Parking space free. Great location for central London via close train station. On good bus routes for local visits eg Kew Gardens Lift to third floor with views of greenery from windows. Peaceful area

Could hear trains and announcements when windows open

Comfortable with access to appliances, glassware, and plates. Love the access to the train, getting into London within 30min.

We waited an hour to get access to the flat even though we gave notice of our arrival.

The location was very convenient near to the station. Parking came with the property. The flat was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice sized living room area and a refurbished bathroom and kitchen

The train station is nearby and you can hear the trains do best to have ear plugs. This is beyond the control of the owners but someone urinated in the communal lift on the second day meaning we weren’t able to use it for the rest of our stay. There were some items in the drying machine which wasn’t too much of an issue.
