Spacious 2-Bedroom Flat Near Surbiton Station

Really lovely spacious flat. The rooms were a decent size and the flat is only a stone throw from Surbiton station. We also had off-road parking. We had everything we needed at the flat. I'd definitely recommend it to families.

I woke up a lot at night as I was always semi alert as there is only one lock on the door. I feel there should be a second one. Also a bedside lamp in both rooms would be good.

Very nice greeting by hostess and very welcoming and helpful. Easy to find - perfect location next to the station with regular trains to London. Comfortable beds and living space . Safe and secure in a block of flats.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but could just have done with a second bedside table and bedside lamps in the smaller bedroom .

No lamps in lounge, Only one bedside lamp, toilet separate from bathroom, shower above bath.

The location very convenient for us as it was near to family that we were visiting. The property was clean and upto date with all the facilities we desired.

The shared corridors leading to the apartment are run down.

Great location close to the station for getting into London. Good communication . Beds were comfy and the lounge area was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a sunset view!

No-one met us, as had been promised. It was OK but would have been good to be able to ask for information about appliances etc. For example the weather was much colder than expected. Average temperature in the apartment throughout our stay was 21C which was on the lower side of acceptable. A little bit of heating would have made all the difference and getting information only by WhatsApp is tedious. Some of the crockery was chipped, only one wine glass. Duvet covers were a bit scruffy and additional bedding not terribly satisfactory. Entrance hallway to the block was a bit austere.
