Spacious 2-Bedroom Flat Near Surbiton Station

Location was great for Chessington world of Adventures. It was really clean.

The beds were really uncomfortable to the point my partner had to try and sleep on the couch. Very hard mattress was like laying on the floor and the pillows were really old and lumpy .we had drove from Scotland and a good bed is what you need after a long drive. The tumble dryer was on when we got there and it heated the flat up on already really hot day we couldn’t cool the flat down on the first night even with the fans! The kettle was really dirty as was the cooking equipment pots pans etc its a fob/ keypad entry nobody there to speak to . Dont stay here if you like a comfortable sleep.

Close to Surbiton station and easy to get into Wimbledon or central London. Safe residential area with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Host was very responsive and kindly arranged an extra fan for us on request, as London was super hot. Good facilities in the apartment, it was spacious, having a washing machine , dishwasher and iron was really convenient.

Cleanliness could be improved, the carpet was dirty in some places and the utensils in kitchen need to be replaced. They looked worn out. But these r small improvements that can easily be fixed. Overall it was a comfortable stay for our family.

The flat is sooo beautiful. There is absolutely everything you need .we had a beautiful couple of days .we will definitely book again.The hosts were excellent throughout .The communication with them was superb.They always answered promptly. Thankyou for a beautiful stay

Very good location so close to transport and close to shops

Very basic no tea or coffee supplied no milk no salt or pepper no soap very different to what is supplied in Australia when travelling the basics are often appreciated

Fabulous location - situated just a two minute walk from the station and a five minute walk from the high street with all shops, pubs and restaurants. Around 25 minutes from London (by fast train) and just a short bus ride from the bigger town of Kingston. Also not very far from Hampton Court & Bushy Park. Nice and spacious two bed apartment, with good size lounge, bathroom and kitchen, plus there's a balcony. Clean throughout, large TV with Netflix, Youtube, and good WIFI. Clear instructions on how to get into the apartment as well, plus a lift to all floors. More than happy to stay here again.

Nothing really needs to be improved... it's in a great location and pretty much has everything one would need for their stay. Very happy, and would certainly stay there again. Thanks.
