Where it was.

We have stayed at this property several times and I think the bedding needs to be upgraded. There were also several plates and bowls chipped. The place mats for the table also need replacing.

Near to Surbiton Train Station and walking distance to the shops.

I thought the kettle and toaster can be cleaner. Other than that, the apartment is great!

Location a stones throw from the station and a very easy walk to a very good high street.

Only one of the bedrooms had a table lamp which was not great at bedtime.

The accommodation was clean, bright and airy.

The curtain pole came down when we tried to close them. The fixings were not strong enough for the very heavy curtains.There were holes in the walls where things had obviously been taken down. At almost £1,000 per week I would expect the property to be immaculate. There needs to be an information pack available that has instructions on how to use the tv, electric ovens and washing machine etc.

Free . Location to station and town

It would have been nice to have a welcome pack not scraps of paper. We never met the owners who were supposed to greet us on arrival. Main bedroom no bedside lamp.A major health and safety issue was that there was no mat in the shower to prevent slipping. This is not meant as a poor review just our observations about things that could all be sorted out in a welcoming pack.

Great location as it’s so close to the station and facilities. Good size.

The kitchen is not very well equipped, a few more and newer items would be great to make the stay more comfortable.
