High Spec Luxury Studio Apartment in Sydenham

Well catterd for kitchen and facilities good excellent shower

Sky light did not have a blind would have to stay on the bottom floor in the future unless it was rectified.

The location of the property was great for our stay. The apartment was lovely and very well looked after and clean. We had lovely toilet bags with toiletries in left for us along with clean towels. Apartment was nice and warm.

Trains passing was noisy at times. The bins from the shop next door are at the side of enter main door you enter and was very smelly.

I wish it's a whole apartment, different occupants with different access routes.

Clean, good location.

The property was clean. The host was easy to get through however we were left without hot water our entire stay so we had to shower using cold water. Aside from the bathing situation everything else was perfect.

No hot water in the shower. The property did get very hot at times and there is no AC system.

Very nice apartment for a short stay. Locations is very good and it's a 1 minute walk to the train station. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very good, they replied quite quickly to all my questions.

The apartment is best for 2-3 people or 2 adults and 2 kids. We were 4: there weren't enough chairs and the sofa bed is small so 2 adults can fit in but are a bit crammed. Also, it's near a train station (which is a plus) but of course you'll hear train passing by even later in the evening

We felt safe and secure and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

My only issues were we couldn’t open the bin in the kitchen as the lid was jammed and the skylight was directly above the sofa bed and was quite bright to sleep under, but once I found the sleep masks you provided it was fine!

The location was great. Near the metro station. Local stores all around and places to eat. The room was good. It was smaller than we expected, but manageable. The staff was very responsive. The internet seemed to be working pretty well.

There was a bad body odor smell in the room. When we had someone come to the room to check it out, they said they couldn’t smell it and denied there being a problem. This was after a couple of hours of us airing the room out and cleaning. The trains didn’t bother us much. It can get pretty loud, but overall the noise wasn’t terrible. However they were doing some awful construction starting at 1 AM to 3:30 AM. Drilling, sawing, hammering all night. We couldn’t close our windows because it was over 80 degrees in London that night and our room was an oven. It was nearly impossible to get any sleep. Lastly, we were notified late in the afternoon that we needed to be on site the next day at 9AM for someone to come check out the windows in the unit. It was an inconvenience to our plans, but we made arrangements to be there. The window maintenance man was late and we were extended 45 minutes which resulted in us missing our reservation to our excursion. We did not appreciate that at all. It could have been done the next day as we were leaving then. The building was pretty cool in the first floor, but if you’re in the rooms in the 2nd floor it can get HOT.
