High Spec Luxury Studio Apartment in Sydenham

It was convenient and comfortable and exactly what we needed!

We've stayed here before and was previously good, so we booked again, therefore was familiar surroundings. We like the location of the property and as my partner was due top have surgery we felt like it was a good choice to have somewhere familiar for comfort.

Unfortunately the property didn't meet our previous stays expectations. the heating was stuck on with no way to turn it off, therefore leaving the apartment excruciatingly hot, previously we had multiple towels for our stay, however we were left with a towel each for four days.

Convenient to the train station and buses into central London. Great pubs right across the street, and grocery stores within a couple hundred yards.

Extremely convenient for the train to the center of London. Also multiple cafe's and grocery stores within walking distance, with Crystal Palace Park a 10 minute stroll up the hill!

I have stayed multiple times at this booking for a reason, so there was nothing I didn't like.

Apartment 5 Location can't be beaten, literally opposite Sydenham Railway Station,and many many local shops. The apartment is beautiful with everything you'd need for a long stay.

The entry system is all key coded and you need to be able to see what you are doing Unfortunately the lights in the hallway to apartment 5 were not working.Also the keypads take a bit of getting used to as when touched lightly they don't always illuminate, however when touched a bit more firmly you can end up pressing the wrong number,or maybe it was just me. The TV is cheap,yes it's a smart TV,but it looks cheap,and literally looks like it was Installed in minute's,ok yes its a small thing but stands out in a beautifully finished and well appointed apartment and I'm speaking as an Airbnb Super host with straight 5 numbers. The instruction manuals are the manufacturers manuals so a "For Dummys" guide written by somebody who has worked and I'm specifically talking about the oven here hasn't been provided.

The room is spacious for me and my son. We enjoyed our stay, the bathroom and kitchen appliances worked well and felt good to use. The hosts were very nice, communicative and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The place is well secured with codes to enter. The area has a good variety of shops and restaurants.

There is train noise, but the window was good to silence it when closed. The trains stop at night and we had a really good sleep. There is only one window, they provide a fan and there is a big sky light in the kitchen which kept the flat well lit all day without using light.
