"Very Good"

Clean. Comfortable bed. Fantastic view of Lake Taal. Room is big and has good amenities. Good WiFi.

- Some very basic body wash and shampoo sachets would have been nice for a 1 night stay. - Air conditioning unit is very loud. - Check out was not good. Messaged at 7am to confirm a 9am checkout and did not receive any communication until 10:30. Eventually managed to check out at 11am. Luckily I did not have any strict transport plans but having to stay an additional 2 hours was not good. I would suggest having a self-check out system so that visitors can leave when they want to.

Had difficulties to contact the attendant as her phone was broken but she eventually came to the residence just on time as I was about to rent another unit. Thought that I was scammed but was not the case.

Good location. Nice view and food establishments around the area

AC is not working properly. It suddenly turned off after 20-30 minutes and we had to re-open it again and again

The lake view room is good.

I stayed in the Unit 4 room 1127. The reservation was for2 days. The room stinks. There are baby dead Cockroaches under the microwave. The utensils are dirty and the shower doesn't have hot water. I talked to the caretaker, she promised to fix the shower but didn't come at all. Very disappointed. 😔

Good location for the Taal Volcano viewing.

We were staying in room 1127 for two days. The room stinks, like it has never been used. The hot water in the shower doesn't work. The caretaker promised to come to fix it. Waited until 10am but she broke her promise. Utensils are dirty, the microwave switch is too far so when I moved it, I found out that the container is full of dead baby cockroaches! Where the smell came from. The Aircon isn't cold enough to make us comfortable so I need to use the electric fan. I'm very disappointed.
