No internet conection , no answer of thé owner

The location was absolutely amazing! Waking up to such a breathtaking view was truly an unforgettable experience. The condo was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me, and the rate was very reasonable. Everything about the stay was great except for the WiFi, which was a bit of a downside since I rely on it for my work as a VA. Hopefully, this can be improved, as it would make this accommodation truly perfect! 😊

The WiFi was a bit of a challenge during my stay, as I wasn’t able to access it at all. It would be great if this could be checked to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Dusty, I had allergic rhinitis during my stay because of the dust. Toilet are not well maintained.

I like the place because of the view and the room is clean. Your staff is friendly and readily available.

But please Make your wifi available. When we stayed there last Feb 15-16, we cannot connect to the wifi, we cannot watch Netflix. We just opted to use our own tablet for Netflix using our data. Also, the Aircon is not really that cold even though it says 17degrees.

The staff is not reachable, we tried to call their staff multiple times and she didn’t respond. The staff also was late on the check out time. The room was not comfortable. The pillows, blankets and towels doesn’t smell good. There’s no kitchen equipment to cook, the only thing have is a rice cooker that is not working as well. There’s no dish washing liquid and sponge for dirty plates. There are so much rules and don’ts but the room and is not giving as relaxation and convenience.
