The view is superb. The facilities are okay. Accessible to all mall and restaurant. This is our 2nd time in this unit.

I like the view of the Taal lake

Pay parking and not enough cleaning tools like broom and foot rags

The location is superb. Great View of Taal. Hot shower. Netflix. Microwave and a Mini Bar. The point of contact is responsive. She was able to make a last-minute car parking reservation. Which is great. Parking only costs 500 pesos.This place is near Taal Vista Hotel, which is great since we are planning to have our dinner there. The rent is very cheap - probably the reason why the maintenance of the unit was bad.

The smell of the room. It looks clean, but the smell says otherwise. Cheap blanket (Ukay2x Blanket). Cheap towel (Smells awful). I don't know if they ever wash their towels. It smells really bad (Bring your own towel, or you'll regret it) - If you can't bring one, then purchasing thick cotton bathroom towel in department store only cost 300+ pesos. The overall smell of the room is bad. Similar to how boarding house smells. Smells like damped towels. The bed is old. You'll see stains in most coverings.

The view

The place is dirty, towels did not smell newly laundered, blankets and beddings were na laundered and smelled used and just folded.
